This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.
• Take ownership and finalize significant, intricate enterprise agreements throughout North Asia, engaging with CMOs, CTOs, COOs, CIOs, EVPs, and SVPs from top regional and global brands.
• Manage complex, multi-country sales processes from start to finish, adeptly navigating matrix organizations, regional headquarters, and local purchasing centers.
• Accurately identify and influence key decision-makers, economic buyers, and international stakeholders.
• Create customized, outcome-focused solutions that meet local market demands while being scalable across regional organizations.
• Establish deep, trusted relationships across diverse cultures, consistently influencing with credibility and authenticity.
• Actively generate new opportunities through strategic account planning, local networking, and engagement with executives.
• Remain highly aware of market dynamics in North Asia, including the competitive landscape, regulatory factors, and trends in digital maturity.
• Continuously enhance your skills through feedback, coaching, and self-directed development.
• Lead with integrity, ownership, and accountability in every interaction with customers and colleagues.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• Proven track record as an enterprise seller with success in selling to large organizations across North Asia (Greater China, Hong Kong, Taiwan).
• Strong history of closing complex, multi-million dollar SaaS agreements across various markets.
• Demonstrated capability in operating from Hong Kong as a regional center, managing both regional headquarters and local stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging senior executives across cultures with clarity and confidence.
• Experience navigating cross-cultural sales environments, adapting strategies effectively across different markets.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin; additional regional language skills (e.g., Cantonese) are highly beneficial.
• Highly curious, coachable, and driven, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Relationship-oriented approach, recognizing that trust and credibility are essential for long-term success in Asia.
• Passionate about the customer experience domain and the ways in which digital, AI, and social platforms are transforming engagement in North Asia.
