This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Enterprise Sales Execution - Take charge of the entire sales process, from identifying prospects to finalizing enterprise-level agreements.

• Pipeline Management - Build and sustain a strong pipeline of enterprise clients, ensuring a steady flow of deals.

• Consultative Selling - Grasp client challenges, industry dynamics, and business objectives to effectively position our SaaS offering.

• Relationship Building - Create and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Strategic Negotiations - Lead intricate negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for both the client and the company.

• Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to provide customized solutions.

• Revenue Growth - Achieve and surpass sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue objectives of the company.

• Market Insights - Remain updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and market changes to enhance sales strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in enterprise sales, ideally within the SaaS sector.

• Demonstrated history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B context.

• Proven track record of managing large Annual Contract Value (ACV) sales.

• Extensive experience handling complex sales cycles and engaging with multiple stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to assess customer needs and align them with appropriate solutions.

• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable platforms.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
