This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Implement a strategic territory plan aimed at acquiring new logos and fostering account growth.
• Develop, manage, and advance a qualified sales pipeline.
• Lead and support customer interactions through discovery, evaluation, proposal crafting, and solution alignment.
• Work collaboratively with channel partners and technology alliances to facilitate deal execution.
• Ensure precise opportunity tracking and forecasting.
• Provide customer insights and competitive feedback to the broader sales and product teams.
• Proven experience in selling to and collaborating with Information Security / Cybersecurity teams.
• Solid understanding of enterprise security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated experience in selling enterprise technology solutions.
• Basic knowledge of data security and backup technologies.
• Ability to work comfortably with channel partners.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in professional English language.
