📋 Description

• At Blackstone EIT, we enable organizations to tackle intricate business challenges and seize new growth opportunities through innovative technology. Our objective is to provide customized, state-of-the-art software solutions that empower our clients to become digital-first, data-driven, and AI-enabled.

• We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial, results-oriented sales professional with a proven history in technical sales within a GSI or NSI, and a strong "hunter" mentality. This position is crucial for accelerating our growth in the U.S. market, concentrating on identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities.

• The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in selling complex software solutions and excels at articulating technical capabilities into clear business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Achieving success in this role necessitates a well-established network of key decision-makers, a passion for acquiring new logos, and the ability to independently build, manage, and convert a substantial pipeline.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in greenfield selling for a GSI or NSI, with a proven history of meeting or surpassing quotas.

• Strong comprehension of software solutions, especially cutting-edge AI-based technologies, and their application in resolving industry-specific customer challenges.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• An established network of key customer decision-makers coupled with a strong ambition to win new logos.

• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the proficiency to effectively discover, qualify, and close opportunities.

• Strong negotiation abilities.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is preferred.
