This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Promote Abnormal security solutions within your designated territory, aiming to exceed the annual recurring revenue targets.
• Engage with enterprise accounts (organizations with over 3,000 mailboxes) from the initial discussions to contract signing, and pursue upselling opportunities post-acquisition.
• Identify and create new business opportunities within enterprise accounts (organizations with over 3,000 mailboxes) to build a robust sales pipeline for achieving sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to facilitate timely renewals and explore expansion sales opportunities.
• Regularly document achievements and maintain precise data across all sales platforms (Salesforce, Highspot, Close Plan).
• Advocate for customers and prospects within internal teams, including Sales Engineering, POV teams, Product, and Marketing, to ensure effective prioritization for revenue generation.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct enterprise experience in prospecting, securing new logos, and expanding major accounts against established competitors.
• Expertise in negotiating with large organizations and successfully closing complex sales.
• A track record of exceeding quota consistently and/or ranking in the top 5% of the sales organization.
• Technically savvy, with knowledge in critical areas such as security, email, cloud, AI, etc.
• Experience in cyber-security software sales, particularly selling subscription software/SaaS to CISOs and security personnel.
• Previous success in a startup environment, especially in early-stage companies or those competing against larger firms with limited resources (building territory, channels, tech partnerships, initial customer acquisitions, etc.).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
