
Enterprise Account Director – Healthcare & Life Sciences

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage named US healthcare and life sciences accounts, from initial contact to contract signing.
• Foster relationships with EHR implementation firms, healthcare IT consultancies, and technology partners, addressing both transactional and large strategic agreements.
• Collaborate on business cases with health system and pharma leadership, focusing on clinician time savings, reduced training burdens, ticket deflection, and minimized go-live risks.
• Document successful strategies as deals are finalized, ensuring consistent application across the US market.
• Develop pipelines and meet revenue objectives.
• Attend healthcare IT and life sciences industry events and conferences.
• Experience in partner or channel co-selling within the US healthcare sector, including both transactional and extensive, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Familiarity with the EHR landscape, integrated delivery network (IDN) frameworks, and fundamental HIPAA and HITRUST regulations, with established credibility among clinical and IT purchasers.
• Proven track record in selling recurring-revenue software or licenses based on business value and outcomes, rather than effort or daily rates.
• Experience managing a sales quota within a small or streamlined organization without the support of a large marketing or sales development team.
• Capability to generate demand in a market with limited brand recognition, with experience collaborating with a European headquarters across different time zones.
• Preferred: Credibility in life sciences, with knowledge of GxP, validation, and pharma quality stakeholders.
• Established connections within the Veeva ecosystem or with significant strategic healthcare accounts.
• Existing relationships with EHR implementation firms and healthcare IT consultancies.
• A credible plan for building and leading a small team within 18 months.
• Experience presenting at healthcare or life sciences industry events.
• High earning potential: competitive base salary aligned with the US market, plus uncapped commission and equity in Userlane as a pre-exit scale-up.
