This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a vital member of the Audigy Medical Strategic Business Unit for designated ENT member practices, collaborating with Practice Management Consultants to provide consistent, high-quality advice.
• Establish robust, trustworthy relationships with ENT physicians, practice administrators, and leadership teams.
• Maintain regular communication through virtual check-ins and occasional in-person visits to remain attuned to practice needs and offer continuous advisory support.
• Guide practice leaders on operational workflows, scheduling, billing processes, and administrative design, assisting them in pinpointing inefficiencies and implementing enhancements.
• Utilize Audigy’s established practice-management frameworks to aid ENT practices in fortifying their ancillary service lines, which include audiology, allergy, sleep, aesthetics, and more.
• Analyze revenue-cycle performance and key performance indicators such as collections rate, days in A/R, and productivity benchmarks, translating these metrics into clear actionable steps.
• Perform structured practice evaluations across all essential operational areas including Practice Overview & Org Structure; Audiology, Allergy, and Imaging Departments; Ancillary Services (Sleep, Aesthetics, and others); Operations & Patient Access; HR & Staffing; Financial Management; Compliance & Regulatory; Marketing & Growth; Technology & Data; Quality & Patient Experience; Culture & Leadership; and Strategic Assessment, along with generating written reports featuring prioritized recommendations and action plans.
• Create customized presentation decks and structured action plans that convert assessment insights into prioritized, time-bound next steps for practice leadership.
• Offer high-level compliance guidance regarding HIPAA, CMS, and payer requirements, collaborating with Audigy’s internal coding expert and partners for specialized detail and support.
• Stay updated on ENT reimbursement trends and specialty advancements, proactively sharing relevant information with the practices and team you support.
• Collaborate with Practice Management Consultants to develop ENT-specific playbooks, frameworks, and resources that enhance team effectiveness.
• Mentor and coach Practice Management Consultants through one-on-one development, ENT-focused training, and regular case reviews to refine the team’s advisory skills.
• Ensure consistent engagement across all assigned practices on a defined check-in schedule, driving member retention by delivering guidance and outcomes that showcase the value of Audigy membership.
• Identify when practice needs necessitate senior leadership involvement and facilitate those discussions seamlessly.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in ENT or otolaryngology practice environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of ENT practice operations, including financial management, administrative workflows, staffing, and compliance fundamentals.
• Direct experience working with physician leaders and practice administrators in a trusted, relationship-focused manner.
• Background in managing ancillary service line operations within ENT practices, such as audiology, allergy, etc.
• A genuinely innovative thinker who offers creative, practical solutions to complex problems.
• A collaborative team player who excels at working alongside colleagues towards common objectives.
• Strong financial acumen: capable of interpreting revenue cycle, financial, and provider productivity reports to identify gaps and offer specific, actionable guidance for practice leaders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish trust at all levels within a practice.
• Proficiency in ENT-related EHR and practice management systems (e.g., Modernizing Medicine, Athena, Epic).
• Willingness to travel regularly for member practice site visits and industry meetings (up to 25%).
• Self-motivated and effective in a largely remote work environment.
• Experience in multi-provider or multi-location ENT practice settings.
• Competitive Pay: Salary range is $90,000.00–$100,000.00 per year based on experience, plus a $75 monthly cell phone allowance and a performance-based incentive plan.
