This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Develop and expand a focused pipeline of insurance carriers, brokers, TPAs, and HR technology partners.
• Utilize LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and various prospecting tools to research executive contacts.
• Execute outbound outreach campaigns that stimulate engagement and elicit responses.
• Assess prospects, address objections, and arrange high-value meetings.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify needs, challenges, and decision-making criteria.
• Showcase T2B’s expertise in HR/benefit technology, including Employee Navigator, bswift, UKG, benefits administration outsourcing, data management, and consolidated self-billing services.
• Communicate clear, persuasive value propositions that resonate with decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, statements of work, and customized solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with leaders throughout the employee benefits technology landscape.
• Establish yourself as the go-to authority on enrollment technology, point solutions, and contemporary file management.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Knowledge of the insurance or healthcare industry is essential.
• 1–2+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or recruitment is required.
• Proven experience in selling within the benefits and HR technology sectors is necessary.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong project management skills with the capacity to prioritize and handle workload effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SaaS, Employee Navigator, bswift, Plan Source, UKG, ADP, or similar platforms is preferred.
