Enrollment Specialist – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Perform extensive inbound and outbound patient outreach via phone to inform, engage, assist, and enroll qualified patients.

• Clearly articulate the objectives, advantages, and significance of care management programs in an accurate and patient-friendly manner.

• Establish a connection with patients while professionally addressing inquiries, concerns, and enrollment hesitations to promote participation.

• Oversee the Scheduling inbox by addressing patient inquiries, prioritizing requests, directing clinical issues, and ensuring prompt follow-up in line with established workflows.

• Diligently document patient interactions, outreach efforts, enrollment results, and other necessary information promptly.

• Collaborate with client care teams, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders to guarantee a seamless patient experience and continuity of care.

• Adhere to established outreach protocols, scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines while tailoring conversations to suit individual patient needs.

• Recognize and escalate patient issues, engagement obstacles, and operational challenges while effectively managing competing priorities and contributing to process enhancements that foster enrollment success.

• Capacity to conduct high-volume, high-quality patient outreach with professionalism and consistency.

• Experience in a call center setting and strong telephone etiquette.

• Friendly, approachable, and self-driven attitude with a commitment to assisting others, especially patients with chronic conditions or ongoing care requirements.

• Strong organizational capabilities, keen attention to detail, and a dedication to precise record-keeping.

• Proficient in utilizing technology and web-based applications, with reliable internet access and ownership of a personal laptop and smartphone.

• Background in sales, outreach, or promoting products and services.

• Experience in healthcare, care coordination, patient engagement, or a startup atmosphere.
