Enrollment Specialist, Certified Medical Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Educate and enroll qualified patients through our established clinic partnerships.

• Engage with eligible patients via outbound calls to facilitate enrollments and meet your weekly objectives.

• Assist patients in navigating and enrolling in CCM and RPM programs to enhance their health and achieve wellness goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• National Certification in Medical Assisting.

• Must reside in the US.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Empathetic nature with the ability to connect with patients and their families.

• Basic understanding of chronic health conditions and their management.

• Comfortable utilizing technology for documentation and communication purposes.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Previous sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
