Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Responsible for initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to enroll patients in the program(s).

• Educating patients on the significance of remote patient monitoring and chronic care management.

• Assisting patients with the setup of their new medical devices via phone.

• Investigating equipment issues, troubleshooting, and providing solutions.

• Delivering an outstanding patient experience.

• Collaborating with the Enrollment Manager to meet company objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Phone or Call Center experience is essential.

• Experience in Enrollment/Medical Sales is preferred.

• Background as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

• Technical aptitude to successfully complete our typing and computer literacy assessments.

• Internally motivated, eager to demonstrate your abilities, and keen to see your efforts make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

• Comfortable communicating with patients over the phone, adept at overcoming objections, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

• Patience coupled with exceptional listening abilities.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Commitment to finding effective resolutions.

• Confidence in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

• A “Challenge accepted” mindset.

• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are preferred.
