This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Contact patients via calls and texts to arrange their initial appointments
β’ Manage a consistent volume of outreach daily
β’ Conduct follow-ups regularly and keep track of interactions
β’ Articulate our program with clarity and empathy
β’ Address common inquiries or concerns effectively
β’ Collaborate closely with the care team for a seamless transition
β’ Previous experience in a phone-centric role (healthcare, intakes, enrollment, call center, customer support, admissions, aesthetics, etc.)
β’ Excellent communicator with a warm and confident demeanor
β’ Dependable, organized, and proactive in follow-up communications
β’ At ease with using scripts and adhering to established processes
β’ Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts (some weekend availability is a plus)
β’ Competitive base salary
