Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Contact patients via calls and texts to arrange their initial appointments

• Manage a consistent volume of outreach daily

• Conduct follow-ups regularly and keep track of interactions

• Articulate our program with clarity and empathy

• Address common inquiries or concerns effectively

• Collaborate closely with the care team for a seamless transition

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a phone-centric role (healthcare, intakes, enrollment, call center, customer support, admissions, aesthetics, etc.)

• Excellent communicator with a warm and confident demeanor

• Dependable, organized, and proactive in follow-up communications

• At ease with using scripts and adhering to established processes

• Availability for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts (some weekend availability is a plus)
