Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate both in-person and virtual enrollments for consumers utilizing financial management services within the self-direction care model.

• Act as a champion and advocate for self-direction.

• Educate consumers and enhance their comprehension of self-direction.

• Execute the enrollment procedure with the individual being served and their support network, which includes families and guardians, promptly.

• Ensure that all enrollment documents are thorough and precise.

• Suggest enhancements to internal processes and systems to mitigate future issues and improve the service experience.

• Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to foster enrollment growth and improve service accessibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field.

• An Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.

• Candidates with applicable experience will also be considered.

• Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures and systems, including word processing, file and record management, and relevant terminology.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards.
