Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate both in-person and virtual enrollments for clients receiving financial management services.

• Conduct the enrollment procedure alongside the individual served and their support network, including family members and guardians.

• Complete the enrollment procedures in a timely manner.

• Ensure all enrollment documentation is thorough and accurate.

• Suggest enhancements to internal processes and systems.

• Uphold confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders.

• Aid in enrollment growth and improve service accessibility.

• Educate clients and promote understanding of self-direction.

• Advocate for and encourage the concept of self-direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.

• An Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.

• Candidates with relevant experience will be taken into consideration.

• Familiarity with administrative and clerical processes and systems, including word processing, file and record management, and terminology.

• Understanding of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
