Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Manages the enrollment process with the individuals served and their support network (e.g., families, guardians) promptly.

• Verifies that enrollment documentation is complete and accurate.

• Suggests enhancements to internal processes and systems to mitigate future issues and improve the service experience.

• Ensures confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA regulations.

• Promotes and exemplifies the company’s values and mission.

• Performs additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred qualifications include an Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency in personal computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office products.

• Understanding of customer service principles and processes.

• Strong capability to work effectively within a team environment.

• Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures, including word processing, file management, and terminology.
