This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Manage an assigned patient pool by making outbound calls to inform patients about the benefits of our care program, aiming to encourage their participation.
• Develop a connection with potential patients and customize your communication based on their demographics, specific health issues, and insurance details.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential.
• Demonstrated flexibility in a high-volume sales environment, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and performance metrics.
• Capable of maintaining a high call volume, dedicating over 80% of your time on the phone.
• Strong communicator with the capacity to convey program information in an engaging, influential, clear, and personable way.
• Proven ability to function effectively within a team and exhibit leadership qualities.
• Exhibit a warm and professional demeanor when interacting with patients over the phone.
• Possess excellent data entry skills along with the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Naturally empathetic with a patient-centered approach and engagement.
• Creative in delivering educational content to patients while emphasizing the benefits of the CCM program.
• Comfortable navigating various software platforms (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Skype).
• Availability during business hours (8 am - 5:30 pm CST).
• An associate degree or higher is required.
• Must be based in the United States.
