This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Engage in consultative discussions with incoming candidates.
• Gain insight into their backgrounds, motivations, and career aspirations.
• Assess candidate compatibility for the program through structured dialogues.
• Effectively communicate the program's framework, expectations, and results.
• Assist candidates throughout the complete enrollment process.
• Provide support as candidates make significant, life-changing decisions.
• Address inquiries and objections with clarity and empathy.
• Conduct consistent follow-ups to facilitate candidate progression.
• Ensure accurate tracking within CRM systems.
• Continuously enhance your methods to boost conversion rates.
• 2–5+ years of experience in consultative sales, admissions, or related fields (top 1% in performance).
• Proven ability to quickly establish rapport and trust (especially via phone/video).
• Background in guiding individuals through significant or intricate decisions.
• Exceptional spoken English (C1–C2) with confidence in leading calls.
• An inherently empathetic, personable, and assured communication style.
• Comfortable working towards conversion targets and performance metrics.
• Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-up practices.
• Technologically adept and eager to learn new systems.
• Availability to work during Eastern Time, 9:00am–5:00pm.
