Enrollment Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Generate and establish connections with potential leads and enroll students in our holistic wellness certification programs (we will provide some leads, but you will need to possess the ability to source your own as well)

• Achieve a minimum of 10 enrollments monthly (following a 30-day ramp-up period)

• Address student inquiries within 1-2 business days and conduct application interviews

• Manage and monitor leads utilizing OnePage CRM

• Follow up with former students for re-enrollments, upselling opportunities, and referrals

• Assist new students by facilitating communication between their assigned mentor and the tech support team

• Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to fulfill enrollment and student success objectives

• Experience in sales, student enrollment, or holistic wellness coaching

• Excellent communicator with a strong enthusiasm for holistic healing and transformation

• Demonstrated ability to close deals and effectively manage a lead pipeline

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and excels in a performance-focused environment
