⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.

• Commitment to offering polite, accurate, and professional interpretation services.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Previous experience as an Over-the-Phone Interpreter (OPI) is beneficial, but not mandatory!

• English Proficiency Test: Attain a “technical proficiency” rating (level 3 or above on the ILR scale).

• Mock Interpretation Session: Successfully complete a live assessment.

• Medical Terminology Assessment: Pass an online examination covering medical vocabulary, anatomy, and physiology.
