English/Polish OPI/VRI Interpretation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Enable effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and Clients.

• Ensure compliance with the technical requirements for your computer setup to facilitate efficient remote work.

⛳️ Requirements

• Always be prepared to take notes during calls.

• Familiarize yourself with the specific vocabulary relevant to the industry in which the interpreter operates (particularly healthcare and medical).

• Accurately and completely convey all messages, avoiding any additions, omissions, or substitutions.

• Deliver the highest standard of customer service during interpretation sessions.

• Facilitate communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and Clients by providing precise and complete interpretation of messages.

• Adhere to established standards of practice.

• Participate in internal professional training sessions.

• Show a willingness to obtain new professional certifications.

• Follow dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.

• Meet the technical requirements for your computer setup.
