This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Teach: Deliver both individual and group English language training sessions to employees.
• Design: Create personalized lesson plans and educational materials that cater to the specific needs of the team.
• Coach: Assist employees in enhancing their grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and accent clarity, while incorporating relevant technology and CRO terminology.
• Facilitate: Conduct workshops focused on English grammar and communication skills, including presentation and public speaking techniques.
• Assess & Evaluate: Monitor learner progress, provide necessary assessments and evaluations, adapt teaching methodologies, and share weekly progress reports.
• Plan, Schedule & Collaborate: Develop weekly lesson plans, manage lesson scheduling and rescheduling as required, ensure consistent session delivery, and work with HR and department heads to identify training needs.
• Demonstrate Independence & Reliability: Assume responsibility for your tasks, work independently, and consistently exhibit professionalism in teaching, planning, reporting, and interactions with employees.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related discipline.
• Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years as an ESL instructor, preferably with teaching experience in Eastern Europe or Asia. Background in employee development projects or HR is advantageous.
• Fluency: Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English (CEFR C2-level or equivalent).
• Professionalism: Demonstrates independence, accountability, and a high level of professionalism consistently.
• People Skills: Possesses strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Creativity & Adaptability: Capable of designing engaging learning materials, providing constructive feedback, and adjusting teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
• Attention to Detail & Curiosity: Attentive to detail with a willingness to learn beyond English teaching, including navigating the CRO and tech environments.
• Growth Mindset: A strong commitment to self-improvement and continuous learning.
• Bonus Skills: Experience with teaching presentations and public speaking, along with familiarity with basic web development terminology (e.g., HTML).
