English to Finnish OPI/VRI Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Be ready to take notes during calls.

• Convey messages accurately and in their entirety.

• Deliver exceptional customer service during interpretation.

• Facilitate communication between clients and individuals with Limited English Proficiency.

• Participate in internal professional training sessions.

• Communicate and report to your team leader.

• Adhere to dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.
