English to Dutch OPI/VRI Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Professionally answer calls while adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages, ensuring no additions, omissions, or substitutions are made.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the interpreting process.

• Enable effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and Clients by providing precise and complete interpretations.

• Participate in internal professional training programs and demonstrate a strong desire to obtain new professional certifications.

• Adhere to the dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.

• Seeking professional remote interpreters interested in joining an international company.

• Always be ready to take notes during calls.

• Familiarity with the specific vocabulary relevant to the industry, particularly in healthcare and medical fields.

• Technical specifications: must have at least Windows 10 operating system, dual-core 2 GHz processor (such as Intel Core i5), and a minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Utilize a noise-cancelling, wired headset equipped with a built-in microphone (wireless/Bluetooth headphones are not permitted).
