This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner.

• Be ready to take notes during conversations.

• Familiarize yourself with industry-specific vocabulary.

• Accurately and completely relay all messages.

• Deliver exceptional customer service during interpretation.

• Facilitate communication between clients and individuals with limited English proficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English.

• Native Romanian speaker.

• At least 1 year of experience in over-the-telephone interpretation (preferred).

• Strong understanding of medical terminology.

• Knowledge of legal terminology is advantageous.

• International certifications in the healthcare field are a bonus.

• High school diploma in the native language.

• High emotional intelligence and cultural tolerance.

• Excellent communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
