This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner in accordance with the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Take notes during calls and ensure precise message delivery.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the interpretation process.

• Report to the team leader and adhere to the dress code for remote interpreting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A professional remote interpreter with proficiency in both Norwegian and English.

• Knowledge of terminology specific to the healthcare and medical sectors.

• Technical specifications: high-speed, secure internet connection, Windows 10, dual-core processor, wired internet connection, and a noise-cancelling wired headset.
