• Oversee the complete candidate journey for all open positions utilizing the ATS.
• Efficiently schedule, confirm, and reschedule interviews with precision and speed.
• Monitor candidate progress and proactively pinpoint any bottlenecks in the pipeline.
• Provide timely updates, feedback, and rejection notices to candidates.
• Address candidate inquiries promptly throughout the recruitment process.
• Serve as the intermediary between recruitment and internal hiring stakeholders.
• Ensure candidate data remains accurate and current across all roles.
• Assist recruiting leadership and facilitate transitions as the team expands.
• Proactively escalate any blockers or delays to maintain hiring momentum.
• Identify chances to automate repetitive recruiting tasks.
• Assess which processes necessitate human intervention versus automation.
• Enhance and optimize existing workflows for improved efficiency and consistency.
• Propose and implement process enhancements proactively.
• Communicate professionally and engagingly across all candidate interactions.
• Maintain clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Ensure timely updates, scheduling adjustments, and feedback delivery.
• Positively represent the company brand throughout the hiring experience.
• Must-Haves (Required)
• 2–4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or operations.
• Proficiency with Ashby ATS (functional proficiency required from day one).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities across various open roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated capacity to work with urgency in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
• Experience in supporting hiring for technical, operational, and leadership positions.
• Familiarity with startup or high-growth company environments.
• Experience in implementing recruiting workflow automation.
• Experience collaborating with distributed or remote teams.
• Strong asynchronous communication habits and experience with remote collaboration.
