• Strong technical leadership in rebuild engineering, with the capability to consistently apply rebuild standards, lead failure analyses and teardowns, and transform insights into network-wide systemic enhancements.
• Proven ability to foster standardization and alignment across various rebuild centers, minimizing variability while enhancing reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• A blend of commercial and engineering insight to spearhead cost optimization efforts, expand salvage operations, and oversee buy-out governance, thereby enhancing rebuild competitiveness without sacrificing quality or durability.
• Skills in program and change leadership to establish, launch, and certify rebuild centers, ensuring all facilities comply with engineering, quality, safety, and rebuild standards from the outset.
• A college, university, or equivalent degree in Engineering or a related technical or scientific discipline, or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A substantial level of relevant work experience is required: Experience in Manufacturing or Engineering within the automotive sector or a similarly regulated field.
• Demonstrated experience in managerial or people leadership is preferred.
