This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee the development and growth of the FedRAMP and DoW cloud portfolio.
• Identify new addressable markets within the federal government and regulated sectors.
• Establish the product roadmap and business strategy for the Cisco Network Platform.
• Convert regulatory policies into user-friendly, scalable product features in collaboration with Engineering, Security, and Legal teams.
• Lead the formulation of go-to-market strategies and pricing initiatives.
• Assist in the expansion of the global sales team and enhance market adoption.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to advance Cisco’s compliance posture.
• Ensure the maintenance of a sophisticated, user-centric management platform for public sector users.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Product Management role within a B2B or SaaS setting.
• Proven experience engaging with customers in governmental or highly regulated sectors.
• Technical knowledge of privacy and compliance frameworks, such as ISO 27001, SOC, FISMA, FIPS 140, DoW Impact Levels, or FedRAMP.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Experience in managing product roadmaps and developing go-to-market strategies.
• An MBA or an equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
• Preferred deep knowledge in networking domain technologies.
• Competence in articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong systematic thinking abilities with experience leading complex integrations across platforms.
• A highly collaborative approach with cross-functional leadership experience.
