Engineering Member – Agent Sandboxes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Provide a secure, dependable, and high-performing sandboxed environment for Agent execution, catering to both research and product requirements at poolside.

• Create and implement a sandboxed execution environment to support Agent research and product development at poolside.

• Take ownership of the entire development process for new features and functionalities within the Agent execution environment.

• Work collaboratively with other teams to understand, advise, and fulfill their needs within the sandbox and code execution environment.

• Continuously enhance the reliability and performance of the Agent execution environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient programming skills, particularly in Go, Python, or other systems programming languages.

• Comfortable with distributed systems, or possess a compelling reason for discomfort. We welcome insights from your past experiences.

• Familiar with Kubernetes or analogous container/VM orchestration systems. Experience with public cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, etc., is beneficial.

• Background in designing and constructing distributed systems.

• Knowledge in virtualization or container runtimes.

• Experience in developing large-scale CI/CD platforms.

• Plus: Experience in building systems to accommodate extensive machine learning workloads.
