This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Architecture and Modernization initiatives.
• Focused on minimizing internal technical complexity while enhancing stability, resilience, and maintainability to sustainably boost productivity.
• Making informed architecture and platform choices, alongside advancing technical standards (including modularization, interfaces, security, and Infrastructure as Code).
• Early incorporation of non-functional requirements such as observability, performance, scalability, security, and deployment during the scoping phase.
• Offering technical assistance to product managers during discovery and prioritization processes, ensuring complex technical concepts are conveyed in an accessible manner.
• Expanding and refining CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) while implementing Clean Code practices, conducting code reviews, and facilitating automated tests (unit and system tests) with a definitive shift-left mindset.
• An innovative mindset and technological foresight.
• A solid grasp of the opportunities and limitations of AI within an enterprise environment.
• Strong development expertise.
• Ideally, experience with Angular (v15+) and RabbitMQ.
• A general openness to emerging technologies.
• Practical experience with Docker/Kubernetes, fully automated deployments, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
• Proficient in Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated tests (unit and system tests).
• A product-oriented approach to work, with the ability to translate discovery outcomes into clear, structured technical solutions.
• Capability to communicate complex technical topics appropriately to various audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize requirements systematically and transparently based on (business) impact and effort.
• Open, clear, and inspiring leadership, particularly during times of change.
• Proficiency in English at least at C1 level (for team interactions) and German at B2 level (for stakeholder communication).
