📋 Description

• Assist in establishing and supporting the strategic direction for the team

• Ensure alignment and take responsibility for the team's performance

• Collaborate with senior individual contributors to develop an inspiring technical vision

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify solutions for customers

• Define and plan major deliverables alongside the team

• Lead execution with a focus on quality and effective communication

• Multiple years of experience leading a team of engineers

• Extensive experience in fullstack web development

• Ability to foster and maintain a positive, healthy team culture

• Proficient in driving project delivery and creating strategic roadmaps

• Experience overseeing a remote team
