This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead teams of software developers along with other engineering leaders.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and propose innovative solutions.
• Work with product and design teams to define new features.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive service documentation.
• Enhance the team's delivery capacity and maturity.
• Proven experience as a software developer (essential).
• Background in managing teams and leading high-performing squads.
• Experience in building scalable products.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, continuous flow practices, and relevant metrics (lead time, throughput, CFD).
• Skilled in designing technical solutions, engaging in architectural discussions, and ensuring quality through design reviews, testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Structured experience in conducting 1:1s, providing continuous feedback, evaluating performance, and creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for team members.
• Strong ownership mentality, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and business impact.
• Ability to collaborate across various company departments, influence stakeholders, and lead strategic discussions.
• Experience in mentoring emerging leaders and preparing successors.
• Excellent teamwork, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills.
