This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Lead a full-stack team dedicated to the development and expansion of Webflow’s analytics product offerings.
• Spearhead roadmap planning and execution for the team, influencing key features and directing technical investments.
• Establish technical direction and maintain high engineering standards.
• Balance hands-on contributions with team leadership, stepping in where it aids clarity, resolves blockers, or sets a high standard, all while prioritizing team execution and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional colleagues in Engineering, Product, and Design to define goals and shape the engineering strategy for both Analyze and Optimize.
• Promote your team’s development by offering constructive feedback, identifying growth opportunities, and actively engaging in their career advancement.
• Cultivate accountability and assist the team in achieving high-quality results.
• Contribute to the overall health of the organization by partnering with other Engineering Managers to continually enhance our processes and improve team support.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years managing a team in a fast-paced growth environment.
• At least 5 years as a technical individual contributor, with significant experience as a senior or staff engineer prior to transitioning into management.
• Experience leading teams utilizing modern technology stacks such as TypeScript, React, Node.js, Mongo, and AWS.
• Proven experience in building or delivering AI-powered product features, along with a clear perspective on where AI provides genuine value versus where it does not.
• Solid background in mentoring, influencing, and developing senior-level engineers across various organizations.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive team culture.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
