Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee one of our engineering teams (we currently have six).

• We are looking to fill multiple team positions—Banking, Catalog, and Prepaid Cards—and will align you with the team where your skills will be most beneficial.

• Support the career development of your engineers through individual meetings, constructive feedback, and mentoring.

• Ensure technical excellence by conducting code reviews, making architectural decisions, and establishing standards that your team will take pride in.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role as a manager or technical lead.

• Excellent technical judgment.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Good product intuition.

• Experience leading AI integration.

• A talent magnet.

• High level of empathy.

• Our technology stack includes: Ruby on Rails; Typescript + React; PostgreSQL; Google Cloud.
