Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience, demonstrating strong principles in developing reliable and scalable systems (experience with Go is a plus).

• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager, preferably within a dynamic fintech or e-commerce setting.

• Proven experience in constructing scalable, distributed systems and engaging with high-load architectures.

• In-depth knowledge of backend tools and technologies — our stack includes PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, and a microservices architecture.

• Experience with integrating third-party APIs and contributing to product development initiatives.

• A commitment to writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.

• A proactive attitude and capability to work autonomously.

• Excellent communication skills in English.
