Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of developing and enhancing the Rencore Governance platform across all levels.

• Align and guide three engineering teams by offering context, direction, and forward-thinking architectural insights.

• Drive prioritization to focus on the most impactful tasks.

• Maintain the technical quality of the backlog and assist teams during execution.

• Elevate engineering standards by emphasizing clean architecture, code quality, test automation, and CI/CD practices.

• Continuously enhance development and QA processes to boost speed and reliability.

• Implement a metrics-driven delivery strategy to gain insights and improve performance.

• Ensure that responsible AI practices are integrated throughout the entire SDLC.

• Support and nurture your team with coaching, feedback, and development planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software development (preferably with .NET / C#).

• More than 2 years of experience in leading engineering teams.

• Practical experience with .NET, Microsoft Graph, and M365.

• Excellent communicator who excels in collaborative environments.

• Able to bring structure to complex situations and prioritize effectively.

• Deeply committed to engineering excellence and building scalable, high-quality systems.

• Passionate about developing others, providing feedback, and facilitating growth.

• Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

• Inquisitive about new technologies and enthusiastic about utilizing AI in modern development.
