Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide a team of engineers through mentorship

• Promote a culture of accountability and technical excellence

• Oversee and enhance team processes in line with agile practices

• Work closely with stakeholders to oversee roadmaps

• Track and enhance key performance indicators

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering

• Minimum of 5 years as a backend engineer

• At least 3 years in a senior leadership position

• Demonstrated experience managing a team of 15 engineers

• Strong technical expertise in system architecture

• Knowledge of agile methodologies

• Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
