Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Managers and the Machine Learning team to articulate the engineering vision and roadmap.

• Guide and mentor a skilled team of engineers, promoting a culture of transparency, teamwork, and individual development.

• Take ownership of the product's engineering architecture, delivering technical guidance to the team.

• Execute the outlined timeline efficiently, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality product while effectively communicating milestones.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience.

• At least 3 years in a role focused on engineering management or technical leadership.

• Over 4 years of experience in developing well-structured software using Python.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Outstanding project management and communication abilities.
