Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• As a leader, you will:

• Motivate engineers to develop, learn, and challenge their limits

• Proactively eliminate obstacles before they escalate into issues

• Foster a space where autonomy, trust, and collaboration can flourish

• Maintain a balance between speed, engineering excellence, and compliance standards

• Guide teams toward achieving significant outcomes rather than merely completing tasks

• Advocate for contemporary engineering methodologies, cloud-native strategies, automation, and AI-driven work practices

• Promote the use of Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) while supporting high-performing Scrum teams

• Collaborate closely with Product, Delivery, and Engineering leaders to influence both what we create and our development processes.

• Most importantly, you will contribute to cultivating a culture where engineers feel genuinely empowered to be their true selves, share openly, and produce work they take pride in.

• Proven experience in leading and nurturing high-performing engineering teams

• Demonstrated ability to attract and retain outstanding engineering talent

• A strong enthusiasm for modern software engineering practices and ongoing enhancement

• Comfort working across diverse systems, technologies, and product environments

• A pragmatic, results-oriented approach with a tendency towards decisive action

• The skill to simplify complex challenges and empower teams to proceed with assurance

• A belief in the power of experimentation, rapid feedback, and iterative learning

• Familiarity with AWS and TypeScript would be a significant advantage.
