Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and support the growth of software engineers and technical leaders.

• Provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance evaluations for engineers.

• Monitor project progress and assist engineers in enhancing their project management abilities.

• Maintain the engineering culture as the team expands.

• Serve as a role model for the company's culture and values.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in Engineering Management.

• More than 7 years of experience in systems programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Go, or Rust.

• Familiarity with areas including Linux systems and kernel-level development.

• Knowledge of BPF or eBPF programming for observability or security applications.
