• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Must possess a technical background.

• At least 15 years of experience in the technology sector, with a robust foundation in software engineering and development.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading engineering teams, with an emphasis on delivering high-impact projects.

• Strong technical capabilities and the capacity to provide technical leadership to the team.
