
Engineering Manager – Agentic Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead engineers in developing and expanding integrations for Constructor’s agentic products throughout the customer base.
• Define the technical and operational strategy for customer engagement, scalable integration efforts, deployment quality, and enhancements to products/platforms.
• Balance direct customer integration delivery with the development of reusable tools, templates, documentation, automation, and platform investments.
• Collaborate with Product, ML, Customer Success, Solutions, and Engineering teams to prioritize requirements and incorporate integration insights into the product roadmap.
• Set standards for architecture, testing, observability, reliability, and maintainability of customer-facing integrations.
• Develop processes for scoping integrations, managing commitments, addressing escalations, tracking risks, and ensuring consistent customer experiences.
• Enhance developer and implementation experiences through documentation, reference implementations, reusable components, playbooks, and debugging tools.
• Manage the entire recruiting and hiring process for the team.
• Mentor and develop engineers, provide constructive feedback, create growth opportunities, and assist them in navigating uncertainty.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering.
• At least 2 years of direct experience leading an engineering team.
• A strong technical foundation in backend, full-stack, platform, or applied ML product engineering.
• Proven experience leading teams that create customer-facing, production-grade systems or integrations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including resolving ambiguous customer issues and converting them into technical strategies.
• Comfort engaging directly with customers for technical discovery, scoping, expectation-setting, troubleshooting, and making tradeoffs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, ML/Data Science, Customer Success, Solutions, and Engineering stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good product judgment and a strong sense of customer empathy.
• Experience with LLMs, agentic systems, ML-powered products, recommendations, search, personalization, or data-intensive SaaS products is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with building reusable tools, frameworks, SDKs, integration templates, or internal platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level (CEFR) or above.
• Availability for regular meetings between 1300 and 1700 UTC.
