Engineer II, Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and sustaining Active Directory, which includes domains, trusts, replication, schema, and sites/services.

• Providing support for Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) and hybrid environments.

• Creating and administering Group Policy Objects (GPOs) while enforcing best practices for AD security.

• Diagnosing and resolving intricate AD-related challenges.

• Developing automation solutions utilizing PowerShell and/or Windows scripting.

• Assisting with authentication and authorization procedures.

• Managing ancillary services such as DNS, PKI/Certificate Services, and backup/recovery operations.

• Involved in project planning and delivering Tier III support for complex system issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in Windows and Linux system administration.

• More than 3 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, JSON, or Python.

• Preferred certifications in Microsoft Active Directory or Azure.

• Experience in managing VPNs, firewalls, and/or ServiceNow.

• Familiarity with various Linux distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, RHEL, Arch, NixOS).
