Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Develop and launch features and services within your team's architecture.

• Assist in transitioning quickly-prototyped applications to production-level, well-designed cloud services.

• Undertake development tasks that may have some uncertainties, posing insightful questions to bridge the gaps.

• Engage in code reviews and maintain the team's standards for engineering and operational excellence.

• Compose, review, and revise technical documentation.

• Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality output consistently.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant professional software development experience (prepared to take on significant tasks with minimal supervision).

• Proficient in at least one modern programming language, such as Python or Java.

• Comfortable working with relational databases (we utilize Postgres).

• Knowledgeable in version control, code review, and automated testing as part of regular delivery processes.

• Excellent communication skills, particularly in a remote, asynchronous-friendly environment.
