Engineer Design & Creation – all gender

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Thorough consideration of branding, typography, and graphic design across all platforms: Digital: advertisements, websites, applications, presentations, product interfaces; Analog: printed materials, clothing, packaging, trade exhibitions, product labeling

• Development of design strategies and presentations, including narrative and wording

• Utilization of design thinking, user journey mapping, and user needs assessment methods

• Product and industrial design for consumer sports items: from initial sketches to 2D visualizations, 3D modeling, visualization, and animation

• Technical knowledge of components, requirements, and manufacturing processes

• Creation of a comprehensive, cross-product design language that aligns with Audi standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience and expertise

• Proficiency in tools: Figma (including prototyping)

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign

• Adobe Premiere/After Effects or similar software

• Blender or comparable applications

• Microsoft Office suite

• Design skills: understanding of technical design principles

• Ability to create a cross-product design language

• Preferred skills: surface/NURBS modeling (e.g., 3ds Max, SolidWorks, Autodesk Alias, Rhino)

• Proficient in hand sketching

• Basic knowledge of 3D printing

• Familiarity with AI design tools (Viscom, Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Flux, or similar)
