• Develop and deliver complete features from start to finish.

• You will create clean, maintainable code for deployment and monitoring in a production environment.

• Work collaboratively with founders, PMs, Sales, and Customer Success to grasp product requirements and manage trade-offs.

• Take responsibility for your tasks with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to completing them.

• Contribute across the entire stack, with a focus on backend and distributed systems as you enhance your expertise over time.

• Accelerate your learning, ask insightful questions, and elevate standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional experience in software engineering, delivering high-quality code.

• Capable of working autonomously with a strong sense of ownership. We will provide you with projects and autonomy, but we expect you to act like a true owner.

• Exceptional debugging and problem-solving skills; you delve deep until you comprehend the underlying issues and resolve the root causes rather than just addressing the symptoms.

• Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and sales teams.
