This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Arrange initial scheduled inspections or address significant unscheduled incidents.
• Assist clients during AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations.
• Cultivate and sustain client relationships through regular communication.
• Enhance and manage connections with regional service facilities, mobile repair teams, and others.
• Investigate logbooks and/or perform visual inspections for new enrollments or ongoing contracts.
• Review and process invoices in AMS, adhering to the turnaround time targets established by Technical Services Management.
• Oversee maintenance event triage, evaluating and ensuring that each case is managed appropriately.
• Execute additional duties as assigned by Technical Services Management.
• Airframe and Powerplant ratings (or equivalent) are REQUIRED.
• A Bachelor’s degree in an aviation-related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience with corporate turbine-powered business aircraft (non-commercial) is preferred.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and effective communication.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to articulate and analyze in both written and verbal forms.
• Solid understanding of relevant technical skills.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
• Highly organized.
• Must possess or be able to acquire a passport and be willing to travel internationally.
