Engenheiro de Software Pleno – Backend, NodeJS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Propose and implement technical solutions for the squad's assets, ensuring high performance and stability.

• Develop and maintain the chat tool on the RD Station website.

• Create and manage front-ends using Next.js and React, as well as back-end development in Node.js.

• Implement unit and synthetic tests to ensure code and system quality.

• Carry out A/B testing for results optimization.

• Utilize tracking tools for analyzing metrics and experiment outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (AI, Data Science, Data Engineering, BI) and business areas to deliver solutions that align with the needs of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.

• Maintain the codebase in Next.js, React, and Node.js, ensuring quality and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Node.js and the consumption/creation of REST APIs.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, preferably with reactive frameworks like Next.js.

• Experience in developing unit and synthetic tests.
