📋 Description

• Join the core AI squad, contributing to the development and advancement of strategic AI solutions.

• Take charge of transitioning from a traditional collection model to a multi-channel autonomous agent, operating through Webchat and Email.

• Design, develop, and enhance AI agents capable of functioning independently across various communication channels.

• Train and optimize AI models focused on debt negotiation with a humanized, empathetic, and efficient approach.

• Ensure that the interactions of the models align with best practices in customer experience and credit recovery objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with Python and AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face).

• Proficient in RAG techniques and Prompt Engineering to prevent hallucinations.

• Knowledge of conversational logic and decision trees.

• Desired: Experience in Fintech, Credit, or Collections sectors.
