This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, and enhance prompts for generative AI models.

• Structure instructions, contexts, and prompt variations for various use cases.

• Assess the quality of AI-generated responses by identifying flaws, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.

• Assist in designing conversational flows and automated journeys.

• Collaborate with product, technology, UX, and business teams.

• Document prompts, best practices, evaluation criteria, and usage recommendations.

• Engage in the continuous evolution of AI solutions, focusing on performance, usability, and user experience.

• Support functional testing and validation of model behaviors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related postgraduate qualification.

• Experience or strong familiarity with Generative Artificial Intelligence.

• Background in creating, adjusting, and validating prompts.

• Analytical, critical, and experimental mindset.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to organize and manage multiple scenarios and business rules.

• Interest in innovation, automation, and process improvement.

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), chatbots, or intelligent agents (a plus).

• Knowledge of conversational flows (a plus).

• Understanding of APIs, automation, or integrations (a plus).

• Experience in AI testing and response analysis (a plus).

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Figma (a plus).

• Experience in agile teams (a plus).
